Horizontal sewer repipe & horizontal water repipe. Partial plumbing repipe serving the front portion of the residence only. The existing sewer piping serving this portion of the home is cast iron and the existing water piping is galvanized steel. The scope of work includes replacement of the existing horizontal water and sewer piping serving the hall bathroom kitchen and laundry area along with replacement of associated vertical water risers as required to reconnect fixtures. Remove approximately 40 square feet of Sheetrock (8 x 5) behind the hall bathroom wall and approximately 50 square feet of Sheetrock (10 x 5) in the laundry room area to provide access for plumbing work. Install new outdoor tankless water heater at a new location. Run approximately 20 linear feet of new gas piping from the existing gas meter to the new tankless water heater location.
