10/21/2025 DFD Editing status back to Approved and Released. Spoke with Inspector SMS and indicated to him that closing this SP at this time is not advisable. I reminded him and owner Vishal Dave that unpermitted activity (borrowing of material from the back end of the site, from a CWQZ, to facilitate construction at adjacent 10800 Ida Ridge) must be accounted for and that this SP must be extended or otherwise revived in order to avoid enforcement action. Owner was directed to rectify this situation ASAP. The applicant is proposing to construct a multi-family development. with associated improvements.
