12/9/2025 DFD Inspector SMS conducted a 17-point closure review and determined that new work contemplated under this SP never began. There was a structure demolished and apparently two trees removed back in 2023. No inspections were ever conducted. This matter has been referred to EV enforcement. The applicant is proposing to construct a 3-story condominium complex with associated improvements.
