The applicant proposes a revision to add a building and all associated improvements. 11/3/2025 DFD inspector SMS conducted a 14-point closure review and determined that this site plan should be terminated. Enforcement Officer ES agrees, when he states, ES - 5-13-25 - Site is complete. Looks like this was a revision to add building 5. I could not get back there to see it as the gate was locked but aerials show this to be completed. I have referred this to commercial Supervisor to ensure we are good to cancel the fee as there is no way to get it paid at this point. Site is done and compliant except for SSI being active but without fiscal (it was released) there is no point in holding this for SSI.
