AW - Walnut Creek WWTP Expansion to 100 MGD - Pkg A

Applicant is proposing wastewater treatment plan expansion project that consists of 5 phases. Pkg A (flood wall & drainage), pkg b (existing plant), pkg C (proposed plant), Pkg D (wet weather), Pkg E (outfall to Colorado River). This submittal represents Pkg A including proposed flood wall, drainage improvements interior to the floodwall. Pupr2 WWTP PC = KW
