Description

Texas Government Code 2155.137 and 437.054 Emergency Procurement to prevent hazard to life, health, and safety. The existing water supply serving the Camp Mabry Bldg. 10, 2nd Floor Locker Room failed causing extensive water damage to the structure. Without immediate water damage mitigation, the damage may extend to additional areas of the structure, affecting both the first and second floors. This will significantly disrupt daily operations and render affected facilities unusable until necessary remediation services are completed.
