Winter Event 2021 Repairs I am retrofitting the apartment with PEX and removing all damaged copper lines. I am not changing any of the flow or routing of the lines. We will reinsulate the underside of the apartment and install rodent and vapor barrier. There will not be areas on drywall removed that are larger than 64 sqft per unit.
