5/30/25 SM - SFR Storm damage (Riser meter and MP were detached from the stand alone pole). Replaced weather head and resecured all components. Repair/rebuild existing pole mounted OH service that was torn from the pole during the weather event on 5/28/25. Triplex feeding property is still live and is currently laying on the ground. Power is being supplied to the property through a pad mounted generator via the existing main panel which is also on the ground currently. Request emergency disconnect of property to begin emergency repair of service entrance.
