The project has an estimated value of $2.2M covering 2,937 sq ft. Texas Department of Transportation is the property owner and TxDOT MNT/Roadside Facilities is the design firm of record. Replace existing Safety Rest Area Building and new well house structure. Existing site, road, sidewalks are to remain, various sidewalk connections to new facility.
