Remodel of the existing Mazda Automobile Showroom, Service reception/service drive, parts storage with second floor. No work will be performed at service workshop area. Minor site work at adjacent remodel area, no chg to existing parking or landscape

Replace Modular Meter Bank with new meter bank - Modular meter bank has 6 meters for it. REVISED 9/30/25 SM - 600 Amp Main disconnect serving MME of (6) meters with (6) 100 amp disconnects. EC states AE required a 600 amp disconnect before the meters. Only 1 set of 350 AL existing underground for the service? Units 4500 4502 4504 and 4510 to be energized. Unit 4506 will need new feeders from the 100 amp breaker to the house. Unit 4508 will need a new neutral pulled from the meter bank to the house. Will be different permits as the HOA is not responsible for feeders. All homes are occupied.
