Fort Bend County - Emergency Operations Center is a New Construction project located at 307 Fort St., Richmond, TX 77469 in Richmond, Texas. We are proposing to demolish the existing structure, and construct a new 2-story building that is roughly 24,500SF. The site will also have a separate Apparatus bay for vehicles, and covered trailer canopies.
