DART Consolidated Dispatch and Command Center (CDCC) is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 9717 Abernathy Ave, Dallas, TX 75220 in Dallas, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $12.5M covering 20,000 sq ft. DART is the property owner and Jacobs is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on December 29, 2021.
DART will be relocating current dispatch functions from downtown Dallas to the new CDCC. Build out of three dispatch areas (Bus, LRT and Police) and an emergency operations center located on 2nd floor mezzanine. All in an existing warehouse space.
Note: This project is registered under the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) program. TDLR registration is required for commercial and public facility construction to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements under Texas Government Code Chapter 469.
