📋Scope of Work
New construction of a child development center for children from infant to the age of 4. Includes ground up construction of a 15k GSF on-story steel frame building and an enclosed exterior courtyard.
Note: This project is registered under the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) program. TDLR registration is required for commercial and public facility construction to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements under Texas Government Code Chapter 469.

Tunnel under foundation to replace cast iron drain lines for 3 full bathrooms and a half bathroom and also including kitchen and washer drain line. Total of 4 access holes will be made one in the front the second on the left side of the home the third will be made in the back by the kitchen area and the fourth will be made on the right side of the home. Total length of tunnel is approximately 145 feet. Sewer line will also be replaced from the home to the city tap with the length of 72 feet.
