Tenant finish-out in an existing shell building for Texas Grip offices to contain a warehouse, office space, small film studio, large film studio, hair and make-up areas and on-site bathroom facilities.
Note: This project is registered under the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) program. TDLR registration is required for commercial and public facility construction to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements under Texas Government Code Chapter 469.

Demolition of an office building metal shop building three storage structures and a pole barn totaling approximately 3809 sq. ft.
