Run 5 new electrical lines (three 120V two 240V) from the panel through the attic and to the exterior to support the installation of five new mini split heating/cooling units. Will use wire gauges and breaker sizes specified by the manufacturer. NM wire for interior portion THWN for exterior portion in glued PVC conduit. Interior wire will be staples every 4 using NM staples. Junction boxes in attic will be accessible mounted to 2x4s suspended from rafters to (a) keep them from being buried by cellulose insulation and (b) to keep them from being immediately under the hot roof.
*partial demo* Interior remodel. Remove 2 feet closet wall. Install 2 windows at old closet area. Run 240V for stove. Run 120V for Fridge outlet counter top outlet Vent hood. Install Vent hood for stove. Extend water line supply from 1 feet to the sink. Install sink drain and tie in to existing drain/vent. Replace two existing windows on wall adjacent to old closet. Install new window in north wall. Cut in new door between existing bath and existing closet.
Damage Electrical Meter can replacing meter and electrical service with new.
Trench and replace main water yard line from meter to the house approximately 30.
Repair tankless water heater on exterior of house .
