THIS PROJECT IS A REMODEL IN A PORTION OF AN EXISTING BUILDING. THE SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES ARCHITECTURAL WORK, NEW FURNITURE, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, LIMITED WORK TO PENETRATE THE LEVEL 1 SLAB, AND ROOF PENETRATION FOR VENTILATION.
