USOnTX Denison Pharmacy is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 5125 Texoma Medical Center Drive, Suite 100 in Denison, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $1.2M covering 920 sq ft. Grayson Properties II, LP is the property owner and RS&H is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on June 19, 2025.
The general scope of work for this project is 920 SF interior renovation that will consist of new ceilings, lightings, partitions, casework, and finishes as indicated in the drawings. Existing systems will be modified to support.
