Solis TX Rockwall Tenant Improvement is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 991 I-30 Frontage Road, Suite 111 in Rockwall, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $713K covering 1,964 sq ft. CTO23 Rockwall LLC is the property owner and RS&H is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on January 23, 2025.
New ceiling, lighting, partitions, doors, casework, millwork, interior finishes and furniture. Existing building systems are to be reconfigured as indicated in the new layout.
