📋Scope of Work

Build out of existing store (4100 Sq Ft). The new thrift store (Uptown Cheapskate) would have an open floor plan, 6 fitting rooms, and racks to hang clothing. We do not plan to make any changes to the front entrance or existing rest rooms.
