Major Ductbank Plans for Seton MOB - Johnson Healthcare

10/22/2025 DFD Inspector SM brought this to my attention, requesting that I terminate the SP. I had his colleague SMS conducted a 13-step closure review. Looks like it was to be confined to roadways. My take is that this thing sat on the EV inspection distribution list for two years until it was finally assigned to SM in May 2023. I bet the work was done early on to support the hospital build. The applicant is proposing installation of electric duct bank including infrastructure with associated improvements.
