Texas Parks and Wildlife (TPWD) is requesting Proposals for a ConstructionManager-at-Risk (“CMR”) to provide pre-construction and construction services for Project No.1112552 Centennial Park Development – Ph 2 at Post OakRidge State Park, Lampasas and Burent County, Texas.
Solicitation/Submission:
TPWD utilizes on online e-bid system called Cobblestone for its solicitations(“Vendor Gateway”). Proposers must either sign in or create an accountin the Vendor Gateway to participate in the submission process at the followinglink:
