UTSW K1 Renovation Phase 3 is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 5323 Harry Hines Blvd, Dallas, TX 75390 in Dallas, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $1.7M covering 4,185 sq ft. Juan Guerra is the property owner and Jacobs is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on January 12, 2023.
To accommodate better conditions for animal holding in existing vivarium rooms. This will require renovating the existing four Animal Holding rooms and one special procedure room. The existing corridor will also be upgraded with new finishes.
