Waller County Swing Space is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 425 FM 1488, Hempstead, TX 77445 in Hempstead, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $400K covering 14,423 sq ft. Danny Rothe is the property owner and McLemore Luong is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on February 16, 2023.
The new use and permitted occupancy of the building will be to serve as a business for Waller County staff. Exterior improvements and correction of existing building and site deficiencies will also be implemented in the scope of work.
