The Oaks Improvement: Shawnee Trail and Telephone Road is a Renovation/Alteration project located at Shawnee Trail and Telephone Road in Lake Worth, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $300K covering 5,000 sq ft. City of Lake Worth is the property owner and Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on April 29, 2025.
These roadways will be reconstructed and have new sidewalks installed on all streets. Curb ramps will be installed at intersections as well.
